Description: The Fall of Phaeton is a drawing by the Italian Renaissance artist Raphael. It is a preparatory drawing for a fresco that was to be painted in the Stanza della Segnatura, in the Apostolic Palace in Vatican City. The fresco was never painted, but the drawing survives and is now in the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford.
