Description: The Dream of Jacob is a fresco by the Italian Renaissance artist Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino, painted in 1513-1514. The fresco is located in the Stanza di Eliodoro, in the Apostolic Palace in Vatican City. It depicts the biblical story from the Book of Genesis, in which Jacob dreams of a ladder reaching from Earth to Heaven with angels ascending and descending on it.
