Description: The sheet is divided into two registers. In the upper register, Rinaldo, a knight in shining armor, accompanied by a putto, approaches the sorceress Armida, who sits on a rock to the right. She turns away from him, raising her left hand. The putto reaches toward her, trying to pull her veil from her head. In the lower register, two men struggle with a sea monster. One of the men has fallen to the ground, while the other stabs at the monster with a sword.
