Description: Sir Robert Phelips (1586-1638) was an Unknown politician who sat in the House of Commons at various times between 1614 and 1629. He was a prominent member of the opposition to the policies of King Charles I and was one of the Five Members of Parliament whom Charles attempted to arrest in 1642.
