Description: This is a grisaille modello for a fresco by Jacopo Zucchi. The modello depicts an allegory of Divine Wisdom. A female figure representing Wisdom is seated on a globe, above which hovers the Holy Spirit in the form of a dove. Below Wisdom, the personification of Earthly Love reclines on the ground with a putto holding a cornucopia. At the left of Wisdom, a male figure representing Apollo stands with a lyre, and at the right, a female figure representing Justice holds scales.
