Description: Charles II (1661-1700) was the last Habsburg king of Spain. He was the son of Philip IV and Mariana of Austria. He was a sickly child and suffered from a variety of physical and mental disabilities. He was also infertile, which meant that the Habsburg dynasty died out with his death.
