Description: Lieutenant-Colonel Francis Slater-Rebow (1769-1840) was an officer in the 1st Regiment of Foot Guards. He joined the army in 1787 and served in the Peninsular War, where he was wounded at the Battle of Salamanca in 1812. He retired from the army in 1826.
