Description: This is a drawing of the Basilica of Maxentius, a large Roman temple located in the Roman Forum. The temple was dedicated to the emperor Maxentius and his son Romulus in 308 AD. It was one of the largest buildings in the Roman Forum and could hold up to 3,000 people.
