Description: In “Swallows”, Wu Guanzhong painted the courtyard of his residence in Beijing. The courtyard is surrounded by a high white wall, with two locust trees growing in front of it. The trees are bare, with only a few branches left. There is a bird’s nest on one of the trees, with two swallows flying around it.
