Description: This is a preparatory drawing for the altarpiece of the Capilla Mayor of the Church of San Juan de los Reyes in Toledo, Spain. The altarpiece was commissioned by the Catholic Monarchs, Ferdinand and Isabella, and was completed in 1499. The drawing is in pen and brown ink on paper and is currently housed in the Museo Nacional del Prado in Madrid.
