Description: The Miraculous Draught of Fishes is a fresco by the Italian Renaissance artist Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino, painted c. 1515-16 in the Stanza di Eliodoro, a room in the Apostolic Palace in Vatican City. The fresco depicts the biblical story of the miraculous draught of fishes, in which Jesus helps the apostles catch a large number of fish after they have been struggling all night.
