Description: In 1999, Wu Guanzhong visited Zhouzhuang, an ancient town in Jiangsu Province. Inspired by the scenery there, he created a series of ink and color paintings. “Zhouzhuang” is one of them. The painting depicts the unique architectural style of Zhouzhuang, with black ink representing the houses and green ink representing the trees. The painting is full of vitality and captures the essence of Zhouzhuang.
